Your Moderate Candidate
A Reagan Republican, Not A Trump Republican.
Common sense over chaos. Solutions over slogans. Oklahoma families over political theater. Grounded in faith, family, and the Reagan values that actually built this state.
I'm conservative. That means lower taxes, free markets, strong families, and a country optimistic about its future. I believe in faith, hard work, the Second Amendment, and the dignity of the small business owner who opens her shop at sunrise. I believe in legal immigration and a secure border. I believe in limited government — not politicians controlling every part of people's lives or using government to punish political opponents.
And I believe the Republican Party is at its strongest when it inspires people — not when it demands they perform outrage on command.
That's the conservatism I believe in. That's the Reagan standard — optimism, responsibility, strength, and unity. And I'll fight for it from right here in Oklahoma, because our future shouldn't be written halfway across the country by people who've never seen our sunrise.
It should be written here. By the people who live it.
Most Oklahomans are exhausted by politicians who profit off outrage. They don't wake up angry — they wake up early. They worry about groceries, schools, roads, and paying bills. They deserve leaders focused on solving real problems, not generating the next news cycle.
For too long, political leaders have traded vision for grievance and principled conservatism for constant outrage. They've traded free markets for tariffs that hit working Oklahomans at the checkout line. They've traded the hard work of governing for political theater and loyalty tests. Conservatives should be known for what we are for — not just what we're against.
Oklahoma deserves steady, principled leadership.
We deserve leaders who choose principle over personality. Who put Oklahoma families ahead of Washington power games. Who remember that the best of conservatism is built on hope and opportunity — not anger and division. Strong values don't require hateful politics.
I'm running to bring that leadership home to Oklahoma.
As your Lieutenant Governor, I will:
The best of Oklahoma isn't behind us. It's just waking up.
Where I stand. Plainly. Without spin. Click any issue to expand.
Oklahoma's economy is built on energy, agriculture, aerospace, and the Main Street small businesses that line every town square from Guymon to Broken Bow. As Lieutenant Governor, I'll use every tool that office has to grow it — attracting employers, opening new markets for our products, and making Oklahoma the most business-friendly state in the nation. Too many Oklahoma entrepreneurs still face outdated regulations and a workforce that gets recruited away to Texas. That changes.
As Lieutenant Governor, I'll fight for Oklahoma's small business owners, farmers, ranchers, and manufacturers who keep our economy moving. Lower taxes. Free markets. Less Washington interference. More Oklahoma prosperity.
The Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma is, in practice, the state's chief tourism and marketing officer. It's the most important economic development role in state government — and it's the role I'm running for.
Oklahoma has some of the most stunning country in America. The Wichita Mountains. Beavers Bend. The Black Mesa. Route 66 runs longer through Oklahoma than any other state. We have the largest concentration of Native American culture in the country — and we've spent decades letting other states tell the story first.
The Oklahoma dream isn't just making enough to pay the bills. It's making enough to be home. To raise your kids. To sit at the dinner table. To go to church on Sunday and actually be there. Too many Oklahoma families are working harder than ever and seeing less of each other than ever.
I believe in faith. I believe in family. I believe in the simple, hard, holy work of raising kids and building a life.
Ronald Reagan believed in legal immigration AND a secure border. So do I. A secure border isn't a partisan issue — it's the foundation of every other policy that depends on the rule of law.
Oklahoma is built by people who came here looking for a better life. We can have both. Reagan did. We can too.
Oklahoma has powered America for over a century. Our pump jacks in the Cushing fields, our wind turbines in the panhandle, our refineries outside Ponca City. We feed the grid. We fuel the country.
As Lieutenant Governor, I’ll use the full weight of this office to expand Oklahoma’s energy advantage — attracting investment in both traditional and next-generation energy, supporting the workers in Ponca City, Cushing, and Woodward who power the nation, and positioning Oklahoma as the energy capital of the 21st century.
The people who raise Oklahoma's kids aren't bureaucrats in Washington. They're Oklahoma parents and Oklahoma teachers, working harder than ever in classrooms, kitchens, and after-school activities across this state. I trust them.
Oklahoma's schools need leaders who respect the people inside them — not federal mandates from people who have never set foot in an Ardmore classroom or driven a Norman school bus route.
Oklahoma's tribal nations are not a separate Oklahoma. They are Oklahoma. They are partners, neighbors, employers, cultural keystones, and political peers.
Washington has spent too much time trying to dictate the terms of that partnership. As Lieutenant Governor, I'll work with Oklahoma's tribal nations — not around them.
Oklahoma has bled for this country for over a hundred years. From Fort Sill to Tinker Air Force Base to every small town with a veteran's memorial in the square, this state has sent its sons and daughters to serve. We owe them more than statements. We owe them service back.
For Oklahomans, the Second Amendment isn't a cable news talking point — it's a way of life woven into who we are. It's a father loading his truck before sunrise for opening day in the Arbuckle Mountains. A grandmother in Broken Bow who keeps a revolver in her nightstand. A rancher outside Guthrie defending his livestock at 2am. A Cherokee Nation veteran who passed his grandfather's rifle to his son. We don't just talk about the Second Amendment in Oklahoma. We live it — on our farms, in our homes, and in our communities.
As your Lieutenant Governor, I will work to strengthen Oklahoma's already strong Second Amendment protections in state law — and fight any attempt by state or federal actors to chip away at the rights of law-abiding Oklahomans. Oklahoma has some of the most robust gun rights in the nation. That's not an accident. It reflects who we are. I'll make sure it stays that way.
Ronald Reagan called the survival of Israel a moral commitment of the United States. He signed the first American Free Trade Agreement in history — and it was with Israel. He understood what too many in today's politics seem to have forgotten: standing with our friends is what America does.
Oklahoma is one of the most pro-Israel states in the country. We don't abandon our friends. Not in Oklahoma. Not ever.
The next few weeks decide Oklahoma's future. Here's where you'll find Victor on the campaign trail.
The primary is June 16. Your next Lieutenant Governor will be decided by the Oklahomans who showed up.
Every campaign sounds the same in May — slogans, mailers, yard signs. By the time the primary arrives, most voters can't remember which candidate stood for what.
This campaign is different. We're not running on Washington's terms. We're not chasing headlines. We're not asking anyone to be angry on our behalf.
We're running because Oklahoma deserves a Lieutenant Governor who chose Oklahoma — one who leads with character, not performance.
We're going to win this race with Oklahomans. Neighbors talking to neighbors. Small business owners, ranchers, teachers, veterans, pastors, tribal leaders — all of us showing up on June 16 and choosing steady, principled leadership over political chaos.
If you're tired of being divided. If you're ready for a campaign built on hope instead of grievance. If you believe Oklahoma's best days are still ahead — and that we get there together, not by tearing each other apart.
Join us.
Every dollar fuels the campaign. Every contribution comes from Oklahomans, not from Washington donors.

Ronald Reagan's Republican Party stood for something you could believe in — optimism, economic opportunity, and the dignity of every hardworking family.
Today, too many politicians have traded that vision for grievance. They've traded coalition-building for loyalty tests. They've traded principled conservatism for political theater — and working Oklahomans are the ones paying the price.
That isn't the conservatism Oklahoma deserves.
I'm Victor Flores. I'm running for Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma to put Oklahoma first — to lead with steady values, common sense, and the principled optimism that built this state. We don't need more division. We need leaders who can actually solve problems.
The best is still ahead.
For too long, Oklahoma families have watched politicians argue online while grocery bills climbed and roads stayed broken. We've watched leaders trade real governing for cable news appearances. We've watched conservatism — the real kind, the Reagan kind — get replaced by outrage and chaos.
That stops now.
I'm Victor Flores. I'm a Reagan Republican. I believe in faith, family, fiscal responsibility, and the freedom to build a good life right here in Oklahoma — without government overreach and without political division tearing our communities apart.
It should be written here. By the people who live it.
It's morning in Oklahoma. Let's get to work.
